We are set to start on Monday August 1st.

Basic INFO-

* This contest is FREE!!!

* TEAM start date MONDAY Aug 1st, 2011 (you can start late- just sign up here and follow the plan on your own)

* Daily workout plan- a link will be e-mailed to you daily, however, you can opt to do your own alternate workouts

* Support, info, instruction, videos and downloads will be available to contestants via my blog…check it regularly on www.blog.buffmother.com

4 Simple steps to enter and WIN:

1. Take your starting stats (weight, height, bust, waist, hips, thigh) and pictures in workout wear or a bikini

2. Comment on daily blog posts at least 5 times during the duration of the 30 day Contest

3. Take your ending stats and pictures

4. Submit your entry by Sept 10th- starting stats, final stats, a written paragraph sharing your thought about the contest, and at least 1 before and after photo of yourself to michelle@buffmother.com  ENTRY INFO HERE :http://blog.buffmother.com/4064/thin-in-30-final-entry-form/

  1. I recently completed the 40 day challenge and have continued on my own with all the things i had learned… but i was JUST thinking that another contest would be fun..

  3. I was just going to start training again! What perfect timing! I just had a baby may 5th and I have already lost all my baby weight but I need to refirm things up again! Can’t wait! 😉

  4. Super excited ….received my package in the mail today…I was starting to wonder if I would get them in time!! but I’m all set…going to get a swimsuit to take my before pics….and I will be ready Monday 🙂
