Missed posting my blog yesterday, so I’ll double up today!

So, my workout yesterday was a killer! How do I know? Well, I’m already killer sore that’s how!

I did legs:

Warm up on bike 10 mins

some body-weight squats and DB squats for more warm up

Squats

45×10

135×10

155×4 (bar was slipping off my back)

155×8

155×10

135×10

 

Deads

135x10x3sets

 

Lunges ladder up

55# on back forward lunges- 1,1, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 5, 5

– glad I didn’t do another set, been laying off lunges like this for 3 months due to my ankle sprain

 

Knee extensions 115x10x4 sets with vmo emhasis at end of each set

Bowflex leg curls 50each side x10x3 sets

 

And I did do some abs– on curl bar and hip twists

 

After the leg workout Travis and I went for a walk with our Cuji down the top of our hill trail- we’ve got tons of tiny bunnies on it and dropped carrots along the path for them as “treats”– it was about a 20 min walk. We saw a deer too and it was so cool– she walked about 10 meters toward us!  I think she was curious about Cuji– wondering “what the heck is that fuzzy white fur-ball of an animal?”

 

Now today, I have a chest, tris, run plus ABS

on tap…BUT FIRST, gotta go to Bentonville to get my nails done and do some 4th of July shopping
