My run today went well–
Good– ran 9 or 10 hills, I can’t count so I’m not sure– stopped to tie shoe and to rest a bit after 5 hills for a total if 3 non-running min. The hills don’t measure correctly with GPS so total distance was longer than the “runkeeper” thought– but here’s what it said:

Michelle, is such the inspiration that I needed to get me up and motivated! I didn’t have c-sections, but I had 5 pregnancies ( with 3 being miscarriages) and gain an excessive amount of weight each time! Never had the motivation to get it off and now I have 4 beautiful grandchildren that I want to spend many more years with and be healthy again! Not to mention, to look at what a beautiful body she has created for herself and to know it is a real person that accomplished this, not a fake ad to suck you in for money, means everything! If I could look or favor anyone, it would be her! My husband would be in total awe of me, if I could follow her program and be this successful ! He deserves to have a beautiful wife to come home to, I want to follow her total program and with her help, I hope to be able to post a gorgeous picture of my new image and to learn to maintain it and love myself again!
