My theory is that, I am so sore because I just went off creatine…I had been taking it for 6 weeks, So my body stopped making it ….Now I just need my body to start making it again on it’s own!!
My workout yesterday was GREAT~ nice a effective and only took 1 hour for all of it.
Warm up 3min elliptical

Hey Michelle…..When you say “paired” do you mean alternate between like a super set?….. and what is your rest time between sets?….I need to up my lifting weight and challenge my body this week…=0)

Yes, kinda like a superset…I don’t call them a superset because supersets mean you are doing two exercises in a row for the SAME muscle group
the rest time is very little! the goal is to have NONE..but that’s almost impossible, but still the goal. LACTIC ACID training for sure!
