Workin' It!

I’ve been workin’ it today~ got a lot done and feel like a CHAMP! At least 5x’s better that I felt yesterday…that’s what you call MOJO BABY!!!

I got in a good leg workout with my DH this afternoon:

r-bike 10 mins
Squats
45×15 warm up
95×10
135×10
135×7

Leg curls
80×10
90x10x2

Leg Extensions
110×20
130×10
150x10x2

Lower back extension
70x25x2
90×20

Russian Squat Machine
Machine x 25
90x15x3

That was all…I expect a bigger more intense workout for legs again on Fri or SAT.
