HI!! Yesterday was another fun busy exhausting day!
I started off at the UFC GYM with a meeting with the owner and management there.
We should have taken a PRE workout pic too~ we were drenched, tired and hott here!! Thanks so much Wes SharpUFC Gym Fayetteville for hooking us up with the killer workout and for joining in as one of our trainers for the KNWA 90 day Dr. Tammy Challenge! Wes will be the dedicated trainer for Mr. Tyler Nazarali— He’s a boxer for sure!!

Next appt was @ 2pm with Emily~ We did upper body and ABS then headed outside, this pic was after our to the bridge and back walk/run~ we do it in 12 mins now, just wait though Emily McArthur Photography has the goal to get it done in 6 mins!! SPEEDSTER!!— with Emily McArthur at Bentonville Square.
Next was training Kate @3:30

My day was only half over at this point. Next I had an appt of my own at www.ProjectFabulous.com, then had to check in with some of the other 6 contestants PLUS, go to my son’s last 8th grade football game. Then I stayed up until 2:30am “hanging” out with my hubby!!
Today has been all about recovery for me!
We had a good lunch but I ate a few Items I SHOULDN’t! I ate corn chips with my salsa and had a diet Dr. P.
I’ll be running on the treadmill in a bit– gotta digest just a bit more!
