Today’s Diet focus:

No food past 8pm- extending your fast by not eating after a certain time in the evening is a good way to cut calories and cut out the option to “MUNCH”

I’m so ready for the FINAL 10 days!! BRING IT ON!!!

  1. I caught a cold or have bad allergies. Sneezing all day and I don’t feel like doing anything. Glad for the rest day.
