Other than that, things are good here…just very busy. Gunner is having 3 friends spend the night and I’m supposed to be cleaning right now, HA!

 

Yesterday’s track practice was fun, we did hurdles and long jump. I didn’t run much as I am still so sore from Tues. I did do enough though to make it count for a 20 min workout  Still hitting it every day in May!!

 

Wednesday’s workout was short too- about 25 mins. I did bench and parts of 2 BUTT workouts. The PBJ and MAC– fun stuff!!

 

Gotta go clean, then hit my workout…I have legs on tap– TGIF!!

Today’s Diet Focus:

No Bread

Bread is a sneaky way for carbs to come into your diet.  If you focus on NO BREAD, you’ll open up a world full of new food possibilities. The goal of this diet focus is to make you aware of that there are MANY other great carb choices besides bread to choose from.  FRUIT, Veggies, Rice, Beans, Sweet Potatoes, etc…

Using lettuce in place of bread is another great option~

Bread is most often made from wheat and wheat can cause stomach irritation for some people- “GLUTEN” is a substance that is rough and can “scratch” the insides of our digestive track- sometimes it leads to IBS or other digestive issues.  If you are someone who sufferers from bloating, constipation, gas, etc… Limiting gluten intake may help your body be HAPPY.

Are you wondering what is considered bread??

Honestly I want you to choose your own definition but in general terms~

Bread= any baked grain product made with yeast (yeast is another thing that can cause an unhealthy physical reaction in women especially)

REMEMBER! Don’t get too technical…

40 days to FIT!! Day 23 & 24 WEB work!

Sorry I missed out on being my normal “interactive” self online yesterday; I’ve been working hard on my Website’s Store…I am rather proud of how much of a TECHNICAL Genius I am becoming, lol!!

I also had to run several big errands yesterday, which meant my computer time was cut short  and I missed my workout~ SHEESH!! how did I let that happen??  My only explanation is that “ITs JUST my HORMONES!!”.  I felt the effects of cycle day 24 yesterday for sure!  NOT anything too Bad (like being crabby, stressed or depressed) but I did have a total lack of focus…everything I tried to do took 10 times longer than it should have.

This is a short week for the kids at school too, so My “work week” has been cut by 1 day…which means I need to get a lot more stuff done today!  I’ve already got my workout done~ YAY!!  I did it right after getting the kids off to school:

That was all…I took NO-EXPLODE first thing this morn despite knowing I shouldn’t~ I can’t take it as a pre-workout, I get tummy issues and cramps from it.  I can however take it after workouts as long as I’ve already eaten something…I’ve decided that I’m not going to buy it again.  It’s the only creatine product I’ve ever used that’s created this kind of tummy issue for me. There plenty other creatines that work better for me.

BTW- I had a SUPER powerhouse upper body workout on MONDAY evening!
HORMONES+CREATINE = PERSONAL BESTS!!

MIGHTY Monday!

I feel MIGHTY today, lol!!  I have been very productive already and I am ready to keep that up!!!

Yesterday was great~ I rested and did NOTHING, lol!  We went to church in the morning, then had filet for lunch and then we went looking at vehicles.  We looked at some tahoes, We really need something new, but having NO PAYMENT is just so nice!!  We are going on vacation to MN in a couple weeks, so we’ll decide soon about what to do…..

Well, my photoshoot is now officially set for next Monday, so today I started doing fasted cardio to get this final layer of fat off me.  I ran intervals outside~ it was WONDERFUL!!

here is my POA for the remainder of the week:
M-am cardio fasted;chest
T-am cardio u-bike; lift legs
W-back and run intervals
Th-just fasted cardio and intervals
F-lift legs
S-lift chest and run outside
S- just cardio

I am on a very low carb diet right now~ shooting for only about 1 serving daily.
My weight was 127 this morning.

I’m off to the shower, store, training appt and then home to clean and cook~
have a MIGHTY day!!!
