Why is it that kids birthday’s make life so hectic?! My son just turned 16 yesterday and it’s been go, go, go, double go ever since!!
My legs are killer sore from my workout yesterday morning– today the plan is to lift back, shoulders, biceps and do a walk with hubby and the doggie tonight (just bought her a harness), plus maybe some weed whipping?? Not sure, I’ll have to see how my shoulder/neck and lower back feel after the workout.
Right now I’m heading out the door to bring my son to his evening football camp and then run some errands.
