Today’s Diet Focus:
Up your veggie intake- especially GREEN VEGGIES
Ideas:
The way I get 3 in a day is to start my day with a GREEN, focus on eating greens for my “snacks” and having greens with dinner.
Greens are so good for your digestion, your body’s acidic balance, for nutrition, for energy, etc….
My favorite Greens lately are:
Cucumbers,
Peppers,
Green Beans,
Radishes,
Asparagus,
Brussels Sprouts
Others I eat quite often include:
Stir fry veggies,
Spinach,
Romaine Lettuce,
Green and Red Cabbage
and Spaghetti Squash
Get after those greens~
They are SO good for you and REALLY help lean you up!!!
YUMMY!!!

I am seeing a green day in the forcast
I’ll try my best to eat my greens. Maybe they’ll help me get over this summer cold!
LOVE veggies! I need to stock up on some raw spinach for my shakes…easy way to get more in!
thank you for the list of greens!!! It was so inclusive. I was getting bored of spinach, lettuce and celery.
uggh, i have so fallen off the wagon. Got a migraine last Tuesday/Wednesday that put me out of whack for several days, then my Aunt called out of the blue and wanted me to come to LA since she was there for a meeting, so to put it to rights and play catch-up I started a low carb plan today. NOT NO CARB. With only 8 days left I’m way off, i think I’m exactly where I started.
