I am without a microwave and I am going crazy! I never realized how much I used it…probably at least 20 times a day if not more! The appliance guy did come today and he thought he fixed it, but NOPE! he actually made it worse~ I am hoping that when he comes tomorrow it will be a done deal!
So…that’s where I’ve been…COOKING on the stove and using the oven–WHAAAAA!!

Now seriously~ why didn’t God give women 40 hours in every day? We need it! I never have enough time to get even 1/3 of the things done on my daily “to do” list~ I don’t run out of energy, desire or passion to get things done….I simply run out of time to get it all done! I need 40 hours in each day!
Since I don’t have much time left today I will have to “recap” for you all once again–
yesterday I did get a GREAT chest/tri and interval workout done! I was supposed to be boosting still (c-3), but I was WEAK so…I went ahead and lifted more of a buffing style~ and that was much better
My intervals were hard…can you say OUT OF SHAPE! I couldn’t believe how out of aerobic shape I am~ I guess that’s what happens when you don’t do any REAL cardio/intervals for about 2.5 months. I ended up doing 6 total 1 min intervals on the elliptical (old efx) level 2 for easy mins; level 3 for hard mins…My HR was up in the 170’s for most of the hard intervals.
Today’s workout was just lifting~ my knee is actually a weird sore from yesterday- It almost feels like a sore muscle in my knee…so I figured I’d let it “rest” a bit today.
I lifted Back/Shoulders/ Biceps and of course abs– no lunges today either so my knee could rest.
It was funny on my first lift I thought I had 90 pounds on the machine but it felt so heavy…just last week I had 160 on the machine- I was thinking MAN I am really weak~ crazy buffing hormones! I finished out my sets totally defeated, but when I went to unload the machine I saw there were 25’s under the 45 pound plates….so the entire time i was lifting 50 pounds more than I thought!
It made me feel much better!!
so my workout was paired circuits like this:
High lat pull down – 3 sets of 8-10
paired with Front plate raises 3 sets of 10
Hammer strength rows 3 sets of 10
paired with lateral plate raises 3 sets of 10
shoulder press 3 sets of 10
paired with low back extensions3 sets of 10
bicep curl machine 3 sets of 8-10
paired with shoulder press 3 sets of 8-10
Seated rows 3 sets of 10
paired with lateral raises 3 sets of 8-10
upright rows 2 sets of 10
paired with db bicep curls 2 sets of 8
Abs thown in: knee ups on bench 1 set of 40
knee ups on roman chair 1 set of 40
That was it~
Now I am off to take a BATH
