On the workout front~
Getting to the track today was a no go, and in hind-sight for the best. I went for a run and my legs were honestly not READY for a beating quite yet….so tomorrow will be the Track Day instead.
My run was good- 3.3 miles steady pace outside of 23:20
I am off to bed~
