Dating -marriage tip

DATING is another FIT marriage tip for you.  You need to still date your spouse like
they’re your boyfriend or girlfriend!!
You must take the time away from life and just spend time with your spouse. AND it’s got to be just you and your spouse!!  a lot of couples get on in the habit of constantly going out
with other couples on their dates…That is not a DATE!  Going out with other couples is  all good and dandy every now and then but you still need the majority of your dates to be just be you and your spouse.
Dating means taking to connect intimately with your spouse physically, mentally and spiritually. Your not running errands, talking about the kids or your work…instead you should be talking about your life goals, your wishes, dreams and expectations for your future. Special things like that!
Make the time to make sure you go on dates don’t let life get too busy!
Even if you can’t “go out” you CAN do dates at home. Take a night or afternoon where you ON PURPOSE and ANNOUNCE (to the kids) “We are on a DATE” at home.  You must take the time to connect!

Knee up Spots: “Fab Abs” Day 21

Today is Day #21,  In our “Fab Abs” challenge, just 1 week left!!

Holy cow…these 3 weeks have flown by, and honestly my abs have not been this consistently sore in a LONG, LONG time!! OUR extra effort WILL pay off I just know it!!

Your challenge today is to test out some of your furniture to see “where” you can do your knee ups throughout your home.

I’d like you to try at least 3 different places— For example: a kitchen chair, your couch, edge of the bed, on a lazy boy type chair, on an ottoman, on the edge of the toilet, etc…

I broke into the 120’s!

HOLY COW, I finally, finally saw 129.8 on the scale today!! It’s been since August that I’ve been trying to get a reading in the 120’s!!  YAY!!

I’ve got 2 things new that I’m doing to THANK for the weight drop:
1- Thyrocare supplement– started taking this again this week

2- PH9 Generator water- it’s a cool invention check out the info http://www.rezpons.com/ph9-generator

Fun to see some FLUFF coming off!!

I ran last night, harder than a couple days ago– went up to 9mph for my intervals and decided to be done after I hit the 2 mile mark at 15:40 due to some DIZZINESS– must not be getting enough OXYGEN just yet

 

Today, I’m not sure how I’ll get a workout done. I’ve got a meeting at 2 for my Diabetes charity event www.BuffMother.com/kissapig

Then we have dinner at my SIL’s at 6…hmmmmm….. May have to get creative.

El Sucko!

El workout, El Sucko! Losing my mojo means that the first workout back has the chance to SUCK big time and it did. The thing was is I WAS fired up to workout all day long but kept delaying it and by the time I tried I was tired and torn– torn by wanting to be hanging with my family vs. in my gym.

 

Other than my workout, my day was very good! I accomplished a lot!! We even got our VERY FIRST orders on www.BuffMotherMeals.com! SOOOO EXCITING!!

 

I also voted, GO REPUBLICANS!!

 

ALSO, Things have moved forward with www.GymAngel.com…look for an official announcement about our relationship soon. Isn’t my Gym Angel t-shirt cute? And my son too?

 

Nostalgic November… this is my true #beforepic it brings back some good memories of the fattest time of my life. When I lived in Dallas before we had kids my carb cravings were insane my stress level was through the roof and I kept on packing on the pounds.
I value that time of my life greatly…so happy I’m wiser now!

 

 

Now onto today…I have a busy HUMP DAY ahead. Need to buckle down and get in a GREAT workout! Plus, I am going to get in some good PAMPER time– a massage!! YAY!!  The only bad thing about it is that I’ll have to miss our chat.

Quickie

Today’s been a great day. Perfect for this time of the month. Kinda laid back, low stress, lunch with the hubby and now off to a football game!

I’ve even  got a lot of work accomplished today!

For workouts I got in my morning bike and just finished a super quick back/shoulder/biceps circuit of about 20 mins worth of lifting.  Not what I had planned, but in a time crunch!  At least I did something!!

Good start to week 2!

HI YA!!

Today’s been another busy day!  I’ve managed to fit in my workouts each day this week. Monday Bike in am then Chest/Tris/Run in pm, Tues Bike in am then Legs in pm, Wed Bike in am then Back/Sh/Bi/Run in pm. I’ve also been killing my abs and doing vacuums~ VERY SORE STILL! Now it’s time to REPEAT those 3 days to finish out a killer week of workouts.

Today, I had 3 meetings in town, got the dog groomed and also hit Sam’s Club for some food shopping. On the way home a massive storm hit, the sirens were even going off and the kids got held at school extra long because of it! It was a SCARY drive home!

I made it and have what feels like a million things to complete prior by tomorrow.  There’s no way I’ll be able to get everything done, but I still plan on trying and all the while striving to keep my SEXY FOCUS!

Today’s post is all about keeping SEX a priority in your life!

Errand Day

Hey all, I hopped out of bed this morning and got going on a ton of errands. Felt good to get things crossed off my “TO DO” list.  Lots of driving and finally getting home at 3:45 this afternoon, just in time for the kids to come home!

 

At about 5 I started my workout:

I did a good warm up of lunges, high knee grabs walking and side lunges.

Squats

Dead lifts

Hip ups

Knee/Leg Extensions

Adductions

Then it was time to leave again to bring Gracie to guitar.

Just got home now and I’m exhausted but feeling accomplished.

Really looking forward to a slower “stay at home” kind of day tomorrow!

Massages are GOOD!

Hey ladies, Sorry I missed blogging yesterday. I was busy getting a massage for a couple hours yesterday…don’t be too jealous, LOL!!

 

I was still not feeling quite myself yesterday, so the massage came at the perfect time.  Let me tell you, Massages are GOOD for so many reason! She worked on my psoas (by massaging the sides of my tummy),  my shoulder and my sciatic. WOW! All those areas were so tight and really needed some attention.  I pretty much considered the massage my workout for yesterday, so TODAY is the day that I get back to it for REAL!  I feel like my energy is finally on the normal side!!

 

I’ve really been trying hard to keep my diet on the cleaner side this week, in hopes that it’ll help the tummy heal up. Yesterday my weight was 130 so that’s down a couple pounds from last week already.  I am on cycle day 18 today– WOKE UP HUNGRY, a big sign that BOOSTING is on her way!
