40 days to FIT!! Day 23 & 24 WEB work!

Sorry I missed out on being my normal “interactive” self online yesterday; I’ve been working hard on my Website’s Store…I am rather proud of how much of a TECHNICAL Genius I am becoming, lol!!

I also had to run several big errands yesterday, which meant my computer time was cut short  and I missed my workout~ SHEESH!! how did I let that happen??  My only explanation is that “ITs JUST my HORMONES!!”.  I felt the effects of cycle day 24 yesterday for sure!  NOT anything too Bad (like being crabby, stressed or depressed) but I did have a total lack of focus…everything I tried to do took 10 times longer than it should have.

This is a short week for the kids at school too, so My “work week” has been cut by 1 day…which means I need to get a lot more stuff done today!  I’ve already got my workout done~ YAY!!  I did it right after getting the kids off to school:

That was all…I took NO-EXPLODE first thing this morn despite knowing I shouldn’t~ I can’t take it as a pre-workout, I get tummy issues and cramps from it.  I can however take it after workouts as long as I’ve already eaten something…I’ve decided that I’m not going to buy it again.  It’s the only creatine product I’ve ever used that’s created this kind of tummy issue for me. There plenty other creatines that work better for me.

BTW- I had a SUPER powerhouse upper body workout on MONDAY evening!
HORMONES+CREATINE = PERSONAL BESTS!!

DH and I are Buddies~

I am so thankful for my DH~ we are total buddies and had a blast “hanging” out together today! We’ve now been together for almost 15 years–actually it was about exactly 15 years ago when we met…he was recruiting for the HS weight room program (which he, a college JUNIOR, supervised in the summer). I guess he “sold” me because couple weeks later I joined up in the weight room and when I told him I was only 16…Travis about died!! I soon turned 17 and shortly after that we were “in love”. The next year he proposed and 2 months after that we were married! It has been an amazing 15 years together and I am so thankful GOD put us together and has KEPT us together!!!

OKAY~ enough gooshy, mushy stuff~ I know you want to hear about my powerhouse workout today!!

first time to run real intervals outside since forever- my knee/muscle cramp issue is almost 100%!!!
I did even minute intervals starting at min 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 soooo 8 total hard mins- 20 mins total- about 2.7 miles

Felt GREAT!
Now time for a SHOWER~

Slow day in cyberspace!

Hey there ~!!
It’s been a bit slow today on the world wide web…Is everyone on vacation, but me??

My little man went off to his friend’s house today–according to his kindergarden teacher last conference “Gunner has a way with the ladies”–his friend’s name is AMANDA–she is the cutest little thing!! OH what lays ahead for me and my little womanizer who isn’t even 7 yet??

In the gym I had a strong day today!

The great rest day I had yesterday really helped me to have a STRONG day in the gym today–I felt like a powerhouse on bench today–VERY FUN!! Plus I got to workout with my DH so it was even more fun that way.
