This week’s mini challenge…

SSS contest~~ WEEK #6 Mini-Challenge “try on your bikini DAILY”~

The reasoning behind this challenge is to get you looking at yourself and motivated to take action towards making your bikini look even better on you!!

I know for me trying on bikinis can be fun or painful! Know that you can create a better body…taking action daily and doing the little things will add up!!! BELIEVE you can wear your bikini with confidence and you will soon be strut your stuff on the beach !!!! Know that you can create a better body…taking action daily and doing the little things will add up!!!

BELIEVE you can be confident in your bikini by next summer!!!!

A fun option on this challenge is to take a daily picture of you in your bikini…I’ve done this before and it was very fun!

Get after it and be relentless, we are closing in on the finishing weeks of the SSS contest and I plan on kicking it in!!

Slim Angel Winner – Michelle H!

Total Weight Loss- 10.4 pounds!

 

DETAILED USE OF SLIM ANGEL:

I took 2 Slim Angels in the morning w my coffee and then did my daily workout. I then took 1 Slim Angel before lunch & 1 Slim Angel before dinner.  The Slim Angel definitely curbed my appetite and therefore I really saw results when I took them before my meals.  I did not feel any jitters with the Slim Angel, even when taking with my morning coffee.  I could really tell a difference in my increased focus and appetite control.  I did have to take them with an entire glass of water as I would get heartburn or burpy if not washed down enough.

SLIM ANGEL EXPERIENCE:

Overall I had an AMAZING experience with this Slim Angel Challenge.  I benefited greatly from Michelle’s diet tips and workouts.  I found everything she suggested to be very helpful and extremely informative.  I saw HUGE changes in my body over the 28 days and more importantly, I FEEL the changes.  I am on a journey that is just getting started and this Challenge has showed me one of the most important elements that has been missing in my journey up to this point….CONSISTENCY!!  That is the KEY to my success.  I loved being accountable for my eats and workouts.  I finally saw all my hard work pay off when I stayed consistent in both of those areas.

This 28 day Slim Angel Challenge, along with Michelle’s training and the support of the Rally Room, has literally changed my LIFE!  I have come SO FAR in just 28 days.  I am truly amazed and grateful!!  I am so determined and inspired to continue on this journey and to get after my GOALS with a Positive Attitude and a Strong Mind & Body!  I feel like I can finally become the Woman I feel like I am on the inside!!  This Challenge may have ended, but this is just the BEGINNING for me!

Knee up Spots: “Fab Abs” Day 21

Today is Day #21,  In our “Fab Abs” challenge, just 1 week left!!

Holy cow…these 3 weeks have flown by, and honestly my abs have not been this consistently sore in a LONG, LONG time!! OUR extra effort WILL pay off I just know it!!

Your challenge today is to test out some of your furniture to see “where” you can do your knee ups throughout your home.

I’d like you to try at least 3 different places— For example: a kitchen chair, your couch, edge of the bed, on a lazy boy type chair, on an ottoman, on the edge of the toilet, etc…

A= Around the worlds: 7 each direction
C= Crunches  (feet on floor): 14 reps
R= Reverse crunches: 14 reps
0= Oblique Twists: 7 each direction
I= Incline Bicycles: 14 reps
X= X leg raises: 14 reps

Wednesday Feb 18th; Day 17 Repeat day 8- 6pack of PEPSI: “Fab Abs” Day 8

Today’s Fab Abs workout challenge is to have a 6 pack of PEPSI~
“6 pack of PEPSI” repeat this circuit 3 times

P= Plank: 20 seconds
E= Eccentric abs on ball: 10 reps
P= Pump Ups: 10 reps
S= Slip drill: 10 reps in each stance
I= Itty-bitty ball crunches: 20 reps

Revealing Abs info: “Fab Abs” Day 14

Day 14 of our Fab ABS challenge~
Please watch this short video….It’s 4 Diet Tips that will help reveal your abs:

4 diet tips to reveal your abs
1- hydrate
2- protein
3- increase fiber
4- supplementation

ALSO, for your ab workout today, it’s time for you to PRACTICE your sit ups.
Do the following– I’d recommend having a timer and be sure to secure your feet. A curl bar or DB’s work well for this-

20 sit ups nice and slow
~rest 30 seconds
20 sit ups as fast as possible
~rest 30 seconds
15 sit ups nice and slow
~rest 30 seconds
15 sit ups as fast as possible
~rest 30 seconds
10 sit ups nice and slow
~rest 30 seconds
10 sit ups as fast as possible
