I am here!

Just wanted you to know that I AM here 🙂 Just been busy offline with the kids being out of school still….FYI they’ve had a total of 3 days of school this month, lol! And I’m going a bit BANANAs Don’t get me wrong I love my kids. I just don’t love the extra mess, laundry, cooking, dishes, dirt, complaning, fighting, etc…that goes with having them home so much in the middle of the winter!! I am so excited I just found out that my kids will make up a snow day this MONDAY insead of having the HOLIDAY (Pres. day)off!!! Life will finally be “normal” for about month until we have spring break.

Travis’ birthday was on Wed. and it was fun!! I bought him a hunting gun He was very happy!! And we also got him a pair of nice jeans from the Buckle.

Wednesday workout: Back, Shoulders, Biceps, run intervals- all 1 mins recovery, last 2 hard intervals 2 mins long. Total distance in 20 mins including warm up- 2.27miles

Thursday workout: Chest/Triceps
Bench paired with 45×15, 85×10, 135x8x3
Triceps dips on bench 15 repx 3sets

Incline Hammer press 90x10x3sets
paired with tricep extension machine 55#x10x3sets

Incline flys 35’sx10x3
paired with cable tricep push downs 80x10x3sets

Tricep extensions with barbell

abs during workout- 2 sets of each: knee ups on bench, knee ups on roman chair, decline sit ups with oblique twists

Today POA: outside run in about 20 mins refuel and CLEAN My HOUSE!!

The past few days=

Wednesday- cycle day 26- weight was HIGH @ 130 and I was STARVING with a crazy appetite- all food looked and sounded good to me!
had night sweats and low motivation for workouts- just wanted to hang with family- a very content attitude

Thursday was cycle day 1 (came early this month- I did ovulate early this month so I thought it may happen- I am thankful cuz I was sick of getting my period every 28 days month on Saturday) and my weight was down 3 pounds- 127 often times my weight drops a day or 2 prior to my cycle.  This month it didn’t but that may be because my cycle was short (only 26 days vs. the recent average of 28).  Had a good Leg workout.

Friday- cycle day 2- felt good early in the day- I even had the energy to get dolled up nicely for going out shopping.  I put tanner on, curled my hair and made an extra effort with my make up….we went shopping to Academy and then spent the afternoon shooting our bows in the back yard.  I hit the wall energy wise in the late afternoon- laying in bed watching football last night was so awesome!  I was also flirty with the hubby which is not the norm for cycle day 2. 
Slept hard and long.

Saturday- groggy- but feel some good mental mojo- typical for cycle day 3…

The near future=
Sat (cont.)….I am going to hit the gym for my last boosting upper body workout and some cardio and walking lunges.  My lungs are still recovering from my cold- so I’ll see how they feel and go from there.
Sunday- OFF day- Church day- Expecting a rough energy day tomorrow- cycle day 4 is usually low energy and a hormonal day for me.

Monday- BUFFING BEGINGS!! I love it!!! Can’t wait to get ripped!!! Goal is to workout hard, eat right and regain my fitness level after dealing with my hormones and a cold for the past couple weeks!!! YIPPIE!!!

The future is BRIGHT!!

Tomorrow is the DAY!

“Tomorrow, Tomorrow, I love ya Tomorrow!!!….”

Tomorrow is the DAY! that I will send my son off to 5th grade!! YAY!! then all 4 will be back in school! It’s been a fun time having just Gunner home~ He’s such a great little man!

Tomorrow is the DAY! that Bus Service STARTS!! YAY!! I won’t have to pick up the girls from school every afternoon!!  It will give me 1 more hour of freedom each day!!

Tomorrow is the DAY! that Travis and I will have a DATE! We have not had kidless time alone in the recent months~ so it’ll be our day to go out and play while the kiddos are in school!!  I’m excited!!  We want to go out for breakfast or coffee and do a bit of shopping!

Tomorrow is the DAY! that I get to talk with the contest team again!! We skipped our July conference call due to “SUMMER” – so it’s been a couple months! I’m FIRED UP to connect again and get our ladies on the STAGE!

Tomorrow is the DAY! that I will get my AC fixed, I hope!! It will be NICE!

Tomorrow is the DAY! that the girls get to “try” gymnastics class~ they all can be in the same group- so that’s good!! It should be fun!

Tomorrow is the DAY! I get to start the 2nd third of our “30 days GET BUFF” contest!! I’ve had great results to this point and plan to PUSH HARD toward the finish!! 1/3 done, 2/3 to go!!! LET’S GO!!! “30 days to Buff”- Day 11


To keep you up to speed- my last 3 days have panned out as follows:

Monday- cday 10-Weight 126-Tennis for 1.5 hours with Travis

Tues- cday 11-Weight 127-mish mosh workout with some squats in the early afternoon- late afternoon run 10 mins then lower body @gym

Wed-cday 12-Weight 127-I met a friend for a workout at 8:30am!~ can you believe that I did it that early??  LOL! we did upper body- chest press, lat pulls, incline chest press, seated rows and abs- then at 11 Travis and I played tennis for 2 hours- I was killing it!! LOVE IT!!

I feel really great and have been eating very well- my favorite eats have been: egg whites with pico, frozen blueberries/water and natural choc protein powder in a shake (thank you magic bullet), pickles and peanut butter, green beans with garlic, broccoli slaw salad with turkey and cashewes and some dressing, carrots…

I ovulate around day 10-12 each month- so the weight being up to 127 from 126 is totally NO BIGGIE!! I know I am working hard with stellar focus and within 2 days I’ll see NEW LOWS on the scale!! I love Hormonal Timing!!!

Hope you all had a super day–mine was weird, but productive. OH and I got my new lap top this afternoon, right before we left for the gym so I haven’t had a chance to play with it much yet…I will tomorrow!!

I felt great warming up for my workout this late afternoon…I have been taking Xyience’s NOXCG3- prior to my workouts and I felt strong on the r-bike–lots of power in my legs today!

Here is my workout:
r-bike warm up
with 4 intervals during those 10 min
full Squats

Dead lifts
135×10 wide stance

Sissy squats

Leg press

Leg curls
100×5.5 lol!

Knee Extensions
lots of light reps alternating foot position

That was all–lots of rest between sets…Eats were good again today :)…will be even better tomorrow.

OH MY my chest is so sore from all the push ups yesterday!! YOWIE!!
