WOW!! is all I can say about the response I’ve had to the “40 days to FIT” challenge!! Hundreds of people have already joined and more are signing up every minute!!! This is going to be so much fun!!! I can already feel the synergy! Thanks everyone for your support and participation!!!!
My 40 days starts today~ and I am really fired up. My motivation for this challenge is my 16th wedding anniversary on August 28th. I want to be really fit for some sexy fun that day, LOL!
I‘m still working on my July goals/Half Year Resolutions~ here they are for this week:
fitness:3 day split BIG time boosting- eat up;sprint 2x’s a week
work: video; schedule august photo shoot;chore time at 3pm daily; site store
family:Have some fun- silverdoallr city! Kids have just 2 weeks left of summer vacation!
spirit: Kids book of devotions daily
Yesterday was an awesome day…Gunner had A GREAT birthday and is still on cloud 9! I am so lucky to have such an amazing son! He got some really, really great presents: Ipod shuffle, Rock Band 2, clothes, water toys, $$$ and an AirSoft gun.
I took yesterday off of workouts,but was still 100% exhausted by 9pm last night. It was cycle day 1 for me~ so that added to the exhaustion. Luckily, I was able to sleep in this morning~ so I feel GREAT today!
My POA for this week looks like this:
M-Run, chest, tri’s and abs
T-legs and abs
W-off…we may go on a family rip to Branson for the day to silverdollar city
Th-Sprints- Back, sh, bi, abs, start buffing hard again
F- Chest, Tri, abs; set up photoshoot for August..I am going to try to do a couple days of shooting in a gym on gym equipment 🙂

I am off to “just do it”– going for my run now!!
