Runs, Golfing and Trampolines

So today is Monday and I last checked in with you on Thursday for my All Days In August challenge

Fri- Run outside in the HOT! 4 hills, about 16 mins and golf practice with pitching wedge and stretching session

Sat-Trampoline for 15 mins Stretch session including handstands and headstands

Sun- Stretch session including handstands

And Today, ran hills 4 of them and lifted back, shoulders and biceps plus abs
