Merry Christmas Eve Eve back workout and a run

Hi All!!

Merry Christmas Eve Eve!! I started my day early with a training session with a client then went to the Chiropractor for the first time in 2 years.  I’ve had mid back pain for the past couple months and he cracked it back into place for me– AHH The relief!!  I think what happened was I overdid some on my back bend stretching and bent it out of place.  After the CRACK I got in some last minute Christmas shopping in the rainy cold weather.  Finally got home around 1 then grabbed a quick bite to eat– PIZZA!! Then headed out to the local CV’s grocery store to buy a turkey and tons of other goodies for the weekend.

Once all the errands were done it was time to get in a good solid workout.  I missed my last 2 days of working out, so today was a MUST!!

Warm up Bike 10 mins (did a BuffMother page live video)

Inverted Pull ups
10repsx4 sets
Bent over rows
One arm KB lat rows
Ab Wheel 15, 10
Run intervals– all at 9mph (3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17) last 6 at 3% grade, recovery at 6mph
Stretched (did a HighT Pro FB live video) for the first half

All in all it was a great Christmas Eve Eve!! Glad to be HOME for the Holidays!!
