Day #11-FIT tip-

If TV, watching movies or streaming videos is a favorite pastime, decide that you will exercise while doing it.  Put your treadmill, bike or elliptical directly in front of your viewing device- workout while you watch… OR do ab exercises during every commercial break.

Agparagus!!!


Well I have fallen in love with asparagus.YUMMMMMMY!

They have GREAT VALUE frozen asparagus at wal-mart in a ready to microwave container. The entire container is only 100 calories half protein(12g)!! and half carbs(12g)!

GREENS are GREAT!
