How I have grown in my sexy over the past 6 weeks~

I have really had a fun time focusing on striving to be more sexy. Now that I live on a dirt road and in the country– wearing nice sexy outfits and heels had really come to a HALT!  I feel most connected to my “sexy side” when I have heels on!

The contest forced me to keep being SEXY in the forefront of my mind– mostly because of reading other contestants posts.  The effort shown in this contest was AWESOME, I loved reading your sexy goals, thoughts and your sexy journey.  It really helped me UP MY GAME.


During these 6 weeks, I did more grooming, more flirting, wore more “outfits”, make up and heels— even if it was just around the house. I also danced more!  I really tried to add some fun moves in between my weight training sets.


The final 2 weeks of the contest were certainly my best ones…the bikini challenge really does wonders for me! It helps so much to make myself get that bikini on~ I really stay accountable to EATING BETTER and getting in my workouts.


I am now shifting gears in my workout focus from simply looking good to performance– so I know my body will be changing a bit, but no matter how it evolves I plan to keep my sexy on!!


My Stats show the true change I made– I kept muscle and lost fat.  My body composition changed nicely– Cutting down on my beer intake certainly helped along with upping my focus on intervals/cardio.


Very happy with the fact I’ve lost a half inch off waist while keeping my hip measurement the same.  My after pics didn’t turn out the greatest– the lighting wasn’t good, I didn’t use my better camera- plus I took them at night vs. in the morning– pics always turn out better in the morning. Oh well…at least I did them and got the entry finished!! It’s a win!!
