Be Determined to stay on track this weekend with your EATING and even an EXTRA workout!!

I am so DARN DETERMINED to get to my goal!! I love that feeling of FOCUS!!!

My determination will lead me to workout hard again today!!! I am on fire!!

4- are there any “other” factors of importance to note about your weight gain or loss today? I am looking leaner every day!! My tummy is shrinking and my arms are getting lean! FUN STUFF!!!

  2. I am noticing some nice changes in my body already, makes me very excited for the next 5 weeks!

  3. I will stay determined even when I have set-backs. I’m very confused at what day of my cycle I am on due to the crazy cycles I have. I take bc pills and still have irregular periods. I weighed 144# today (a 4# weight gain). I ate like there was no tomorrow yesterday (horrible eating, and felt like something was wrong). Today will be a better day!

  4. I am agreeing with Dawn, I could not get enough food yesterday. Kept it clean for the most part. And drinking my water today to keep the bloat away. 2 bottles down before going to work. 😀

  5. I’m confused on the blog. There is a comment section above this one. Are both for the blog? I’m not at all blog savy. Today is cycle day 1 for me and I’m up around 2.5 pounds. I didn’t know what day I was on either. Now I know and can track. Didn’t feel as strong in my workouts this week, except for Monday. It was a great workout. I’m excited to do legs today. Tired after a long week but I never quit working out and I”m convinced that is what kept me going!

  6. I have notice a slight drop in scale #s, have a very long way to go so just hoping for measurement changes.

  7. Yep, the one area to comment also interacts with facebook– the other is just here in my blog- I try to respond to questions and give feedback in my free time 🙂
    Good that you are noting your weight gain due to hormones- it’ll be off again within the week!!
