Today’s Diet focus:

No food past 8pm- extending your fast by not eating after a certain time in the evening is a good way to cut calories and cut out the option to “MUNCH”

  1. I forgot to stretch before day 9 run and sprints. I got a cramp in my right thigh. Ouch 🙁 I need day 10 rest day! I’ve increased my water but not up to a gallon. That seems like too much. I have to use the restroom ask the time. 🙁

  2. I have to take tomorrow off so it looks like I’ll be heading to the gym this morning, so far so good, I’m seeing some progress which is very motivating!!

  3. I try to already do this…I feel this makes a BIG difference…if I do snack part the scale sees it the next day…Yuck! We can do it!

  5. Definate results! It’s amazing what you can do when you really focus. I did fasting cardio this morning. Since the challenge started I have lost 7.4 pounds! Yahooooo!!!!

  6. OH wow!! that’s some GREAT results!! Keep it rollin’ you are a third done- it you triple that you’ll be at 22 pounds lost in just 30 days! WOW!! That would be a winner!!

  7. Those SPRINTS hit calves really good, especially when you get up on your toes to run super fast!!

  8. I’m finally able to really bring it! Threw my back out last week moving so I had to take it easy. Now that I feel better it’s time to get moving!!

  9. It’s 11:40pm here and I just put my 5 month old down to sleep and got my workout finished just 20 minutes ago. Have to get it in when I can! I feel great!

  10. This wasn’t just an off day. I fell off the wagon. If one more person puts a cookie in my face….. Was it National make a cookie day? Even my 17 year old made cookies. Good grief!!

  11. I am LOVING this competition!! Even with the stress of starting a new school year (I’m a teacher), I have dropped 11 pounds so far!! I have a goal to drop 2 pants sizes by the end of this 30 days. Let’s go buff mamas!!
