Well ladies…I got it done today!!
First I’ll tell you about my lunch date with DH…it was GREAT! We haven’t gone out to lunch for quite some time~ we both had a GREAT salad and coffee and some good “business talk”! Fun Stuff
I came home and hammered out more on the book and once Gunner got home we ZOOOMED off to get the dry cleaning and go to the gym
I got there with about 30 mins to spend
so I did
Lat pulls, 90×15
paired with bicep curls on hammer
front raises 25# platex10x3
paired with hammer curls (focused on shoulder flare)
assisted pull ups
paired with shoulder press machine, seated backwards
Hammer High lat pull (3 supersets)
then to get the girls…home fed kids and then….24 mins total on u-bike including 9 hard 1 min on1 min off intervals.
Now I am gonna eat 🙂
