Back, Bi, Shoulder workout! 4-12-07

My workout is done already today~
I had an appt at 10:20 and went to the gym right after~ so nice!

I had a good back workout, it was my first good one since I tweaked my neck last week- NO PAIN!! And my lower back is feeling MUCHO better today, I sat in our massage chair last night and it worked it out I think.
