Anyone watch “Dancing with the Stars”…man some of the dancers are so good and others are so bad! If you don’t know Billy Ray Cyrus is one of the dancers and also Paul McCartney’s ex wife- She dances amazingly well with only 1 real leg!! Quite an inspiration and all the more reason to have “NO EXCUSES”!!
Thus, I did my leg workout (even though I uberly wimpified it) with my tweeky creaky back…I did it on MON during my back workout, I think it was the donkey kicks. Does anyone else hurt your back on these?
Every time I do donkey kicks I end up tweaking my lower back- so NO MORE EVER for me on those things

leg curls (standing bent forward machine)
Knee up on roman chair
